Since ThreadedHub sells handmade products that are already completed, most orders are processed within:

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed the next business day.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

ThreadedHub is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported lost or stolen.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

ThreadedHub is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
