Return Policy

At ThreadedHub, we value you as a customer and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns under the conditions outlined below.

 

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original condition

  • The item is returned in original packaging if possible

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item

  • A refund

  • Store credit

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ThreadedHub is not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
